Transaction: Any agreement or contract involving the sale, purchase, lease, or management of property.
2. Scope of Services
We provide the following services:
Real estate brokerage for buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Property valuation and advisory services.

3. Property Listings
All property details provided by the Company are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
The Company is not liable for any misinformation provided by property owners or third parties.
Clients are encouraged to conduct independent verification before completing transactions.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Service fees, commissions, and other charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made via approved channels as communicated by the Company.
5. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information and necessary documentation to facilitate transactions.
Clients are responsible for conducting due diligence on properties before purchase or lease.
All financial obligations, including taxes and regulatory fees, are the Client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Company Obligations

The Company will provide professional advice and necessary documentation to facilitate transactions.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions will be resolved amicably through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with Nigerian laws.

Information shared with the Company will only be used for transactional purposes and will not be disclosed without the Client’s consent unless required by law.
9. Indemnity

The Company reserves the right to terminate any transaction or agreement if the Client breaches these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
